Dream Wedding Dress Terms & Conditions

The purchase of any item from dreamweddingdress.co.uk is subject to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing an item from us you are agreeing to abide by them.
 

Paying for items.

Payment for items purchased directly from the website is by paypal payment.  Payment must be made in full before goods will be despatched.

Payment for items in person can be in the form of cash or cheque.  We do not accept credit card payments. Payment is required in full before items can be taken away. Cheques will be required to be cleared before items are dispatched or collected.

By prior agreement with us we may accept a 20% deposit to hold a dress for a period of 14 days.  After such period has elapsed payment must be made in full or the item will be re-offered for sale. Deposits are non-refundable.

The prices quoted on this site include postage and packing via our preferred method to the United Kingdom.  We may use Royal mail or a courier firm and a signature may be required upon delivery.  Please ensure that you will be available to take delivery to avoid any problems. Please contact us first for a price for postage to any other destination.

Returns – purchase in person.

We would hope that you would not have any reason to wish to return any item which you have purchased from us.

It is your responsibility to check that you are happy with the dress when trying it on. In particular please bear in mind that these are once-worn / nearly new and ex-sample wedding and bridesmaid dresses and therefore may have some small imperfections such as missing beads or small pulls, and have therefore been priced accordingly. All obvious imperfections will be pointed out to you at the time of trying on.

At our discretion we may agree to exchange a dress for another dress in the collection, but this is not a right and is purely at our discretion.

Returns – purchased direct from the website.

Buying a dress online unseen is entirely at your own risk.  We do not take returns or refund your money should you choose to do so.  Please bear in mind that these are second hand and ex-sample dresses and therefore may have some small imperfections such as missing beads or small pulls, and have therefore been priced accordingly. Please ask for details of any imperfections on the dress you are considering purchasing. Please contact us before entering into a purchase to discuss the dress in detail and ensure that you are happy to proceed without seeing it first.

Vintage Dresses

The provenance and age of our vintage dresses will be stated to the best of our ability and this information will usually come direct from the person from whom we purchased the dress.  Where possible we try to buy from the original owner of the dress to ensure that the information is first hand. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in relation to this information.

General user terms.

1. The contents of this website may be changed at any time without prior notice.

 
2. Unfortunately there may be interruptions in access to the site from time to time. We exclude liability for anything due to such an interuption.

3.  Visitors to our site must undertake to use it in a reasonable manner and not using the site for anything illegal.

4. Everything on this site and on all marketing materials, including text, images, logos, buttons etc, is the property of  dream wedding dress.co.uk  or its suppliers, and is protected by international copyright law.   Users must not remove any images or content from our site.

Third parties who  link to this site must ensure that their link is accurate and agree to be responsible for anything that may happen as a result of any liability due to your link

Website based Dress Information
The photographs of the dresses are meant to be used as a guide only. Exact colours may vary from the way they appear on your screen.  If you are at all concerned about this please come and see the dress as we take no responsibility for the dresses being slightly different in reality to how they look on your screen depending on how it is set up as this is beyond our control.
